April's Monday Weigh In....

Well, I should have just stayed in bed today! Not good people, not good at all. This week has been a blur for me, especially the weekend. I ate out all weekend starting from Friday night and during the week wasn't so good either. I have no control. None. I admit it. So even when I eat out and could make the better choice, I don't. I suck. I know. So the weigh in today is a plus of 4 pounds. 4 pounds!! What a way to start off Monday. Blah......



  1. It happens! Don't give up. WE can do this. One step forward and two back steps sometimes. Hang in there baby!

  2. I know what you mean about eating out! How is it that it takes weeks to lose 4 lbs and a few days to gain it?!? Well, you're done with the scale today. Try to put it behind you and move on. It's a fresh new week! We're here for you.

  3. April--don't stress over eating out. It is just life taking over. Restaurant food has tons of sodium. Just get back on plan and drink extra water to flush out the salt. Monday's are challenge for your weigh in day. I weighed in on Monday nights. Think it kept me in line over the weekend. Make good choices this week and drink your water. Cannot stress the water enough!
